We invest in the future

We place great importance on transferring knowledge to young employees and apprentices to ensure the sustainable future of our industry and our company. From this summer, we are employing eight new apprentices across Switzerland in various training programmes.

Our graduates
Six people successfully completed their apprenticeship this year at the Bringhen Group. We are proud that two of them will remain valued members of our team after their training.

New apprentices and training positions
Eight training positions – three in business administration and five in logistics – were newly filled this summer. Six of these positions are at locations in the canton of Valais.

Training at Bringhen Group
We currently have 23 people in training:
• 15 in the canton of Valais and 8 in the rest of Switzerland
• 12 completing their apprenticeship in French and 11 in German
• 7 female and 16 male apprentices
• 11 logistics specialists
• 9 business administrators
• 2 mediamatics specialists
• 1 IT specialist

Offer of internships and training programmes
We provide training and internships in business administration and logistics at eight locations across Switzerland. In Visp, we also train IT specialists and mediamatics specialists. Our apprenticeship positions for summer 2026 will be published from mid-September on the cantonal apprenticeship platforms, on our website and in local media.
