New procure.ch Upper Valais Region Officially Launched at Bringhen in Visp

With the official launch of the Upper Valais region, procure.ch, Switzerland’s professional association for procurement and supply management, is expanding its regional presence in Valais. The opening event took place at Bringhen AG in Visp and brought together around 100 members and guests from across Switzerland.

The goal of the new regional group is to strengthen the network of specialists and executives from industry, trade, and business in Upper Valais while encouraging practical, hands-on exchange. The new region creates a platform where regional interests, joint projects, and professional insights can come together.

The organizing team of the Upper Valais region brings together representatives from various industries and companies, including Michael Lochmatter-Bringhen from the Bringhen Group, Viktor Leiggener from Lonza AG, Ferdinand Schmidt from Solffest GmbH, and Gina-Maria Franzen from MGB.

“We want to further expand networking in Upper Valais, launch joint projects, and represent the interests of our members even more effectively. Openness, collegiality, and mutual support are at the heart of this initiative,” explains Michael Lochmatter-Bringhen, Head of the Upper Valais region.

In addition to insights into the long-standing family business Bringhen, the opening event focused above all on professional exchange. One of the highlights of the evening was the keynote by Frédéric Mathier, entrepreneur, negotiation expert, and author. In his presentation, “The Five Secrets of Successful Negotiations,” he used practical examples to show which factors play a decisive role in successful negotiations.

The Bringhen Group is pleased to have hosted this successful launch and wishes the new procure.ch Upper Valais region every success in promoting exchange, collaboration, and economic networking in the region.
