If something is damaged, leaking or no longer closing properly, Koralle’s regionally organised technicians can be on site quickly, restoring full functionality with minimal downtime.

Koralle products are available from Bringhen Group at our 17 locations. A quality shower deserves smart care. To prevent everyday use from turning into wear and tear, Koralle offers complete service solutions: repairs, spare parts and maintenance – fast, reliable and built for long-term performance.

Repair service: If something is damaged, leaking or no longer closing properly, Koralle’s regionally organised technicians can be on site quickly, restoring full functionality with minimal downtime.

Spare parts: no guessing, just the right component. Scan the QR code or photograph the PIN number on the shower enclosure or warranty card – Koralle identifies the model and production year, so the correct spare part can be arranged precisely.

Maintenance packages: maintain watertightness, reduce failures and keep the enclosure looking fresh. Fixed-price packages are available depending on system and door type (from CHF 160, incl. travel and material, excl. VAT). Note: services apply exclusively to Koralle products; general cleaning is not included.

For property management, hotels and facility management, tailored service concepts are available for multiple enclosures or entire buildings. Bringhen Group can coordinate the clarification and the best next steps for your customers.
